GE IC697PWR748|Series 90-70 Power Supply Module|
The module must be installed in the power dedicated slot on the leftmost side of the rack, occupying a single slot and relying on a 48 pin backplane connector to supply power to the rack. It can operate as a single rack or support dual rack power supply. The dual rack configuration requires interconnection cables, and the total load of the whole machine cannot exceed 90W. The panel is equipped with POWER-OK and FAULT fault status indicator lights, and the module weight is about 0.80kg.
In terms of electrical input, the nominal input is 48VDC, but the actual allowable operating voltage range is 35-60VDC. The maximum input power under full load is 160W. The maximum surge withstand under 60VDC input conditions is 28 joules, and the minimum power-off holding time is 10 milliseconds. The module has a minimum load requirement for startup, and the+5V circuit must maintain at least 1A current in order for the module to start working properly Qualitrol.
The maximum output power of the backplane is 90W. The maximum current output of+5VDC is 18A, with a working voltage range of 4.90-5.25V and a nominal voltage of 5.07V. The maximum output of+12VDC is 1.5A, with a working voltage of 11.75-12.6V. The maximum output of -12VDC is 1A, with a working voltage of -12.6V to -11.75V.
Built in multiple protection mechanisms, the+5V bus has electronic short-circuit protection, an overvoltage clamp range of 5.7-6.7V, and each output circuit has overcurrent protection. The module generates ACFAIL and SYSRESET system signals internally to report power failures and complete PLC power-off reset timing control.
Environmental working conditions, inlet temperature from 0 ℃ to+60 ℃, storage temperature from -40 ℃ to+85 ℃. Working humidity of 5% -95%, no condensation. Vibration index 1g, frequency 5-2000Hz; impact withstand 15g, continuous 11ms. Has UL, CSA, CE certification.
