Real time acquisition of busbar current and voltage
High precision sampling of DC bus voltage and three-phase output current signals is sent to the DCU main control board for DTC direct torque calculation, achieving precise speed and torque closed-loop control of the motor.
IGBT fault signal summary feedback
Receive IGBT overcurrent, short circuit, and undervoltage fault signals uploaded by the APBU-44C pulse driver board, quickly block the pulses, and prevent power module explosion.
Temperature acquisition and overheating protection
Collect temperature signals from the power module and heat sink PT100, automatically reduce power or shut down when overheating occurs, and upload overheating alarms to the upper DCS.
Internal bus communication relay
Interact with the DCU main control board through the unit backplane bus to synchronize operating parameters and fault codes; Reserve analog signal channels for external use, which can be connected to ARC093AV1 signal board.
Hardware multi-level protection
Onboard filtering, surge absorption, short-circuit current limiting circuit, isolating high-frequency electromagnetic interference from IGBT in the frequency conversion cabinet to avoid drift and distortion of sampling signals.
