D/A digital to analog conversion
Receive digital adjustment instructions issued by the controller, convert them into standard industrial analog current signals, and drive on-site actuators such as electric control valves, pneumatic valve positioners, frequency converters, servo proportional control, and other closed-loop adjustment equipment.
Fault safety output OSP
Built in output switching protection OSP, when the module fails or the bus is disconnected, all channel outputs can be automatically locked to the preset safe value to avoid equipment loss of control and tripping.
Full channel hardware protection
Each output comes with short-circuit current limiting protection, and if the output terminal is mistakenly short circuited to 24V ground/power, the module will not be burned out; Supports on-site cable wiring up to 600 meters in length.
Periodic self diagnosis
Real time monitoring of backplane power supply, channel circuit disconnection, output overload, panel STATUS indicator light alarm, and upper level Control Builder software can read fault codes.
Hot swappable compatibility
When the cabinet is not shut down, separate module plugging and replacement does not affect the operation of other I/O channels in the same station.
