Convert controller digital instructions into 4-20mA/0-10V standard analog signals to drive regulating valves, frequency converters, and servo actuators.
Redundant operation support
Supports paired redundant configuration, automatically switches to backup modules without disturbance in case of single card failure, ensuring uninterrupted production, suitable for key regulation circuits in chemical and thermal power industries.
HART transparent communication
The channel is compatible with the HART protocol and can read intelligent valve positioner parameters, fault alarms, and remote calibration online without the need for an additional HART acquisition card.
Improve hardware protection
Full channel short-circuit current limiting protection, the module will not be burned out if the terminal is mistakenly connected to 24V/ground; 8-channel whole group ground isolation to suppress electromagnetic interference from frequency converters and motors.
Full cycle self diagnosis
Real time detection of circuit breaks, output short circuits, internal circuit faults, and power supply abnormalities, with fault information uploaded to the upper level Control Builder; Support fault safe output OSP, and lock the preset safety opening in case of a fault.
hot-swapping
The replacement of modules without shutting down the cabinet does not affect the operation of other I/O channels in the same station.
