Continuously collect device overcurrent, overvoltage, overtemperature, abnormal driving power supply, and fiber breakage faults. After the fault occurs, the fiber uploads an alarm signal to the main control, and the system immediately blocks the pulse shutdown to protect the entire power unit.
Low inductance integrated wiring
The driver PCB is pressed tightly against the IGCT wafer, with extremely low lead inductance, which suppresses switch spike voltage and reduces EMC interference.
