Function
Dual channel conductivity sensor acquisition
Simultaneously connecting two two electrode conductivity probes can calculate the ratio, difference, transmittance, and retention rate of the two conductivity channels. It is possible to deduce the pH value of the water supply without the need for pH electrodes, greatly reducing electrode maintenance costs.
Automatic temperature compensation
Built in Pt100/Pt1000 temperature measurement, automatic compensation for the full range of 0-100 ℃, eliminating the interference of water temperature on conductivity readings.
Multi channel analog output+relay alarm
Standard configuration includes 2 isolated 4-20mA outputs, with the option to expand to 4 outputs; Up to 5 sets of programmable relays, used for interlocking alarms in case of resin failure, conductivity exceeding standards, and measurement abnormalities.
Built in PID regulation (auxiliary closed-loop)
It can output pulse/analog control of the dosing valve, directly achieving automatic water quality regulation without the need for an external DCS AO card.
Communication and Data Recording
Optional HART/Profibus DP/PA bus, compatible with the AC800F/800xA DCS (AO801/AO845A eA, AM811F) that you previously inquired about; Local storage of historical operation logs and fault records.
Self diagnostic protection
Real time detection of probe breakage, electrode contamination, circuit short circuit, screen text alarm and trigger relay output.
