Function
Multi channel relay switch output
Onboard 8-channel high-power electromagnetic relay, outputting passive dry contacts, driving on-site solenoid valves, alarm indicator lights, fan contactors, and unit trip auxiliary circuits;
Symphony rack backplane bus interaction
Communicate with the BRC main control controller through the rack’s golden finger, receive upper level logic instructions, and synchronously upload relay on/off status feedback;
Circuit hardware protection
Each relay output is equipped with a surge absorption circuit to suppress the reverse electromotive force of inductive loads and avoid breakdown of the board chip; Independent diagnosis of channel faults, single short circuit does not affect other channels;
Fault self diagnosis and panel indicator light
Each channel has an independent status LED to distinguish between normal output, channel failure, and bus communication interruption; Upload the fault code to the operator station;
Hot swappable support
Replace a single AV94A without interrupting the operation of other I/O modules in the same rack when the cabinet is not stopped.
