Function
Multi channel analog signal acquisition and output
Integrate 4 analog inputs AI+2 analog outputs AO, collect on-site temperature, pressure, speed, and bus voltage signals of the frequency converter, and output 4-20mA/0-10V to the upper DCS (such as AC800F/800xA);
High frequency pulse signal processing
Supports up to 50kHz high-frequency speed pulse acquisition, compatible with motor encoder and speed generator MPU signals, for speed closed-loop operation;
Fault diagnosis and circuit protection
Each channel is equipped with hardware detection for short circuit, overvoltage, and disconnection. If the signal is abnormal, it will be immediately uploaded to the main control unit and the pulse will be blocked to protect IGBT power devices;
Communication interaction
The onboard internal bus interface communicates with the main control board of the frequency converter DCU, and supports Modbus RTU external docking with third-party control systems;
Isolation and anti-interference
Simulate electrical isolation between the channel and power circuit, isolate high-power IGBT and contactor electromagnetic interference inside the frequency conversion cabinet, and avoid signal drift.
