Core functionality
Expansion backplane 5VDC logic power supply
Output auxiliary+5VDC to the 90-30 backplane to share the 5V load of the main power supply; When the rack CPU+multiple communication modules and high-density I/O cause insufficient 5V margin of the main power supply, supplement the backplane logic current. Not independently supplying power to the CPU, the CPU still relies on the main power supply of 5V.
Provide backplane bus 24VDC Relay (relay driver power supply)
Specially supply internal relay coils for 90-30 relay output modules (IC693MDL940, etc.).
Key fact: The coil drive power supply of the 90-30 relay output card does not use external wiring, but instead uses a dedicated 24V Relay bus for the backplane; The 24V Relay power of the main power supply is limited. When there are a large number of relay output cards, the main power supply will overload, and ACC323B must be used to expand the power of this circuit. If there is no such power supply, the relay output module logic will have output, but the relay contacts will not engage.
Provide isolated 24VDC backplane bus power supply
The internal circuit of the 24V DC input module for the supply section; This circuit is electrically isolated from the relay 24V to reduce on-site interference flowing back into the backplane. Only supplying internal circuits of the I/O module, cannot directly provide on-site power to external sensors and solenoid valves.
Wide range input compatible with AC and DC, with power outage protection
Input 85-264VAC/100-300VDC, minimum 20ms power down hold time, input surge current peak 4A, maximum duration 250ms.
Status diagnosis LED
PWR (input power), RUN, OK (all outputs are normal), BATT (only indicates the backup battery status of the rack main power supply, this module does not have a battery).

Install hard constraints
Can only be installed in the leftmost power slot of the 90-30 motherboard, and cannot be installed in a regular I/O slot;
The rack must be equipped with a normal IC693PWRxxx main power supply at the same time; This module is only for expansion and cannot drive the CPU separately;
Can be used for CPU racks, expansion I/O racks; If there are a large number of relay outputs in the expansion rack, ACC323B can also be used as an auxiliary power supply.

Typical fault phenomena
The PLC program has output, but the contacts of the relay output module do not move at all: 24V Relay output failure;
The main power OK light is on, but multiple I/O modules are reporting power alarms: 5V backplane load exceeds the limit, ACC323B fails;
PWR light off: Check the external AC/DC input wiring;
OK light off: Either output is overloaded/short circuited, and the internal protection of the module shuts off the output.
