Function
Multi unit fiber optic DDCS bus master control
Built in 7 fiber optic DDCS channels, connected to multiple inverter power units through optical fibers, issuing torque and speed commands uniformly, synchronously collecting current, voltage, temperature, IGBT fault data of each unit, and isolating strong and weak electrical fibers to completely avoid strong electromagnetic interference in the frequency conversion cabinet.
Motor DTC direct torque algorithm calculation core
Built in high-speed processor, completes motor closed-loop control, PID speed/tension adjustment, load distribution logic, high-precision dynamic control of impact loads such as rolling mills and elevators.
Local DI/DO+analog terminal
Equipped with multiple digital inputs, relay outputs, 4-20mA analog terminals, it can directly connect to on-site emergency stop, fan, temperature signals, output fault alarms, and unit start stop interlocks without the need for additional expansion boards.
Multi protocol communication docking with upper DCS
Comes with RJ45 Ethernet, directly connected to PC debugging tools;
3 expansion slots, capable of installing Profibus DP, Modbus, and encoder interface modules;
Connect AC800F/800xA DCS (AM811F, AO801) to upload operating parameters and fault codes.
Fault data storage and traceability
Standard SDHC storage card slot, recording startup curves, fault waveforms, overload logs throughout the process. After a fault shutdown, data can be exported to locate the root cause of the explosion and overcurrent; Replace the BCU unit by directly plugging and unplugging the storage card, and perform one click parameter migration without the need for re debugging.
STO safety torque shutdown
Integrated IEC61800-5-2 standard safety torque shutdown circuit, meeting the safety specifications of power plants and lifting equipment, with dual channel hard circuit to cut off IGBT drive pulses.
