Function
DC bus power supply, multi-channel isolated and stabilized output
Take power from the unit DC bus, convert multiple isolated DC24V, ± 15V, 5V stable DC, and provide isolated weak current power supply for B3EA sampling board, APBU-44C pulse drive board, ARC093AV1 signal board, and temperature control circuit; Strong and weak electricity 2500VAC high voltage isolation, blocking high-frequency interference from the busbar.
IGBT excitation buffer and surge absorption
Built in high-power buffer capacitor and discharge resistor, absorb bus start stop and braking peak voltage, suppress IGBT turn off reverse electromotive force, and protect the power module from overvoltage breakdown.
Real time monitoring and fault reporting of bus voltage
Continuously collect DC bus voltage, and immediately upload fault signals to the DCU main control when under voltage, over voltage, or output short circuit occurs, blocking IGBT drive pulses to avoid machine explosion.
Centralized power supply for unit auxiliary circuits
Taking into account the cooling fan, pre charging contactor, cabinet door interlock DI/DO circuit power supply, and coordinating with B5EC/B5EED to achieve redundant distribution of the entire unit power supply; LLC resonant topology, with a conversion efficiency of up to 95% and lower heat dissipation pressure.
Multi level hardware security protection
Input high-power fast melting, EMI filtering, output short-circuit current limiting, and over temperature cutoff protection; Full board three proof coating, suitable for metallurgy, mining, and power plants with high dust and oil pollution conditions.
