GE IS200AEPAH1AHD is a hardware‑revision variant of the AEPA (Alternative Energy Pitch Axis) 6U‑VME I/O board for GE Mark VIe Speedtronic control platform. It is upgraded hardware revision compared to IS200AEPAH1ACB, designed for wind turbine pitch‑axis closed‑loop control, and also applicable for auxiliary actuator control for gas turbine, steam turbine and compressor equipment.
This board acquires analog sensor signals, incremental and absolute encoder position feedback, as well as discrete interlock and limit‑switch status from field pitch‑mechanism devices. It executes local closed‑loop control and outputs analog and discrete drive commands to servo actuators and brake units. Built‑in comprehensive hardware diagnostics detect wire break, short‑circuit and encoder faults, and stores timestamped fault events in on‑board flash memory for post‑failure analysis via GE ControlST software. The PCB is conformal‑coated for anti‑humidity and anti‑corrosion performance for harsh cabinet operating environments.
