Function
Local remote IO data transfer
As a bridge between the main control CPU and the S800 remote IO station, it cyclically collects IO signals and issues control output instructions; A single card supports one MasterBus300 bus and can mount up to 32 S800 IO modules.
Bus fault diagnosis
Real time detection of bus disconnection, short circuit, missing terminal resistance, IO station disconnection, uploading fault codes to the controller, and the upper computer can pop up an alarm.
Hot swappable compatibility
The module supports online live replacement, and shutdown does not require the entire controller to be powered off, without affecting the operation of other channels.
System redundancy support
