1. AF100 high-speed bus data transfer
Build AC800M controller ↔ S800 I/O remote station communication link, using ABB exclusive AF100 fieldbus protocol:
The maximum transmission rate is 1Mbps, and a single bus can accommodate up to 31 S800 I/O modules;
Supports both daisy chain and star shaped cabling topologies, suitable for dense cabling in control cabinets and decentralized cabinet scenarios on offshore platforms;
Real time collection of AI/DI analog and digital signals, issuing AO/DO output instructions, is the only channel for I/O interaction in the entire system.
2. Redundant communication guarantee
Support dual CI522A redundant hot standby architecture:
The main channel automatically switches to the backup channel in the event of a fault, without any shutdown or disconnection;
Meet the safety operation requirements of SIL for offshore oil and gas power plants and gas turbine control systems, and prevent unit interlocking shutdown caused by communication interruption.
3. Electrical isolation anti-interference design
Onboard 1500VAC optoelectronic isolation circuit, separating controller backplane from fieldbus circuit:
Isolate electromagnetic interference and surge voltage generated by on-site motors and frequency converters;
Compliant with IEC 61000-4 industrial anti-interference standard, suitable for high salt spray and strong electromagnetic environment at sea in Qatar.
4. System diagnosis and fault reporting
Onboard status indicator light, visually displaying bus communication, power supply, and fault alarms;
Upload channel disconnection, short circuit, and I/O station disconnection fault codes to the 800xA upper system to quickly locate on-site fault points and shorten maintenance downtime.
5. Modular rapid maintenance
Standard rack backplane plug-in installation allows for individual module replacement without the need to power off the entire cabinet; Equipped with standard interface terminals, easy disassembly and wiring, suitable for emergency equipment replacement scenarios.
