Function
AF100 bus gateway
Implement data exchange between the controller and AF100 fieldbus, and mount remote S800 I/O, third-party instruments, frequency converters, and other field devices.
System level data forwarding
Complete data exchange between controllers and between controllers and operation stations, and serve as the internal communication hub for distributed systems.
Bus master station management
As the AF100 bus master, polling all slave IO units, periodically uploading acquisition signals, and issuing control output instructions; Support DP-V1 non periodic parameter read/write and device diagnosis.
Electrical isolation
The backplane system bus is optically isolated from the external AF100 bus to resist on-site electromagnetic interference and protect the controller motherboard.
