Function
On site switch quantity mixed acquisition and drive output
8-channel DC24V digital DI: collects passive/active switch signals such as cabinet door interlock, fan operation, emergency stop, limit, fault feedback, etc;
4-channel relay passive DO contact: outputs electromagnetic valve, sound and light alarm, auxiliary machine start stop, and unit interlock control signals.
Symphony rack bus communication
Inserted into the BB510 (DC5256) 12 slot backplane rack, it interacts with the BRC main control through an internal parallel bus to upload channel status and receive logic output instructions in real time.
Optoelectronic isolation anti-interference
On site and control bus side 1500VAC photoelectric isolation is used to isolate high-frequency electromagnetic interference from power plant frequency converters and contactors, avoiding signal false triggering and data jumping.
Single channel independent hardware protection
Each DI channel is equipped with RC anti shake filtering; DO relay comes with a surge absorption circuit; Single channel short circuit and overload only result in the failure of this channel and do not affect the operation of the entire board.
Channel self diagnosis+status indicator light
Each channel is equipped with independent LED lights, which visually display the presence or absence of signals, as well as short-circuit/disconnection faults; Upload fault codes to the operator station and support non-stop hot swapping, replacement, and maintenance.
