1. Low load high-speed data forwarding
Built in 32-bit local parallel bus, directly connected to the controller CPU memory, network read and write only occupy<4% of the controller’s computational load, do not interfere with core control logic such as excitation and regulation, ensuring real-time control of the unit.
2. Hot swappable online maintenance
Support live plugging and replacement of cabinets, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the entire DCS and excitation regulation program during replacement, and maintaining the power plant without shutdown; Backplane automatic recognition module, automatically loads communication configuration after insertion, without the need to shut down or restart the controller.
3. Hardware status diagnosis and fault alarm
Onboard multi-channel LED indicator lights:
Operation light: green normal operation, yellow start self-test, red communication fault;
Battery indicator light: indicating low voltage of the backup battery in the controller;
Real time monitoring of bus disconnection, network conflicts, and configuration mismatch faults, with fault codes uploaded to the operation station pop-up alarm.
4. Redundant networking adaptation
Supports dual EI802F module redundant parallel configuration, with dual networks serving as backups for each other. When a single network cable/card is damaged, the network seamlessly switches, meeting the high reliability and uninterrupted monitoring standards of power plants.
