Function
16 channel on-site switch signal acquisition (core)
Divided into 2 independent isolation channels, each with 8 channels, collecting PNP proximity switch, valve limit, pump/fan operation feedback, emergency stop dry contact, and liquid level switch signals; Convert the on-site on-off status into controller logic signals for process interlocking, equipment status monitoring, and fault alarm ABB.

Dual group independent electrical isolation+voltage monitoring
Two sets of channels are isolated from each other, and each set is equipped with an independent voltage monitoring circuit; When the on-site power supply is lost, a fault code will be automatically reported. Short circuits/power outages in a single set of lines will not interfere with another set of signals, preventing the spread of faults. It is suitable for frequency converters and strong electromagnetic workshops of motors.

Full channel hardware protection and anti-interference
Each channel integrates current limiting, EMC filtering, and optoelectronic isolation barriers to filter out contact jitter and industrial noise; The filtering time software can be adjusted (2/4/8/16ms), and the response can be shortened to ≤ 1ms in high-speed interlocking scenarios.

Visual channel diagnostic indicator light
16 independent LED status lights on the panel, visually displaying channel conduction, disconnection, and voltage loss faults; Fault information is uploaded to the central control HMI through the Module bus, quickly locating the fault location and shortening the downtime for maintenance of the production line ABB.
Distributed flexible deployment+hot swappable operation and maintenance
Two installation methods: controller local backplane direct insertion/Profibus DP remote I/O substation; Support non-stop hot plugging and replacement of cabinets, with matching terminal bases TU810/TU812/TU830 for quick wiring, without the need to disassemble on-site cables for maintenance.
