Specially designed to provide stable isolated power supply for flame probes and photoelectric detection sensors in boilers and gas combustion systems, ensuring the continuous and stable operation of flame detection components, it is the core power supply unit of combustion safety circuits.
Flame signal acquisition and safety monitoring
Real time collection of feedback signals from flame detectors to identify the presence of flames in the furnace; Quickly output alarm/shutdown signals when there is no flame, prevent gas leakage and explosion, and achieve combustion safety interlock protection.
Wide temperature stable power output
The working temperature covers -55 ℃~+100 ℃, suitable for high temperature cabinet environments in power plants and chemical industries, with minimal output voltage fluctuations to avoid monitoring failures caused by industrial voltage disturbances.

2、 Industrial control supporting functions
System interlocking logic output
Equipped with a dry contact signal port, it can be directly connected to PLC and combustion controller. Once a fire is detected, it will immediately trigger safety actions such as cutting off the gas valve and shutting down the igniter.
Fault self inspection and alarm feedback
Built in circuit self-test mechanism, actively outputs fault codes/alarm signals when the module itself fails, the sensor is disconnected, or the power supply is abnormal, facilitating quick on-site troubleshooting.
Industrial bus compatibility docking
Supports standard industrial wiring protocols, seamlessly integrates with DCS and boiler control systems, and remotely uploads flame status and module operation data to the central control upper computer.
