16 bit ADC analog-to-digital conversion, low-noise filtering circuit, resistant to frequency converter and motor electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable measurement accuracy

2. High speed process operation control
Built in 32-bit 100MHz RISC processor, equipped with standard closed-loop PID control algorithm, can independently complete on-site process adjustment, reduce the computational load of CPU main controller, and support custom control logic programming

3. Multi protocol industrial communication relay
Integrated multi class communication interfaces, supporting Profibus DP, Modbus TCP, Ethernet protocols:
Connect the on-site sensors and drive devices downwards; Transmission of operational data and alarm information to DCS upper computer and PLC in both directions upwards
Realize multi device networking interoperability and unified access to central control monitoring screens

4. Full channel fault self diagnosis protection
Real time monitoring of channel disconnection, signal over range, board power short circuit, communication interruption; Faults can be quickly located and repaired by synchronously pushing alarm codes through onboard indicator lights and system backend, avoiding machine shutdown
