Dual channel independent high-speed pulse acquisition (core)
2 completely isolated counting channels, 32-bit ultra large counting range (0~4294967295); Up to 1MHz single channel counting, orthogonal encoder mode can reach 500kHz, accurately reading incremental encoder pulses, calculating equipment speed, feeding length, and positioning position.
Multi mode flexible configuration adaptation
The software can switch between four working modes:
Orthogonal encoding 1x/2x/4x multiplier (servo positioning, machine tool feed)
Single phase pulse counting (fan, conveyor belt speed measurement)
Frequency to analog conversion (4-20mA output converted from pulse frequency)
Phase difference measurement (dual axis synchronous tension control)
2.5kV channel electrical isolation protection
The input channel is isolated from the backplane bus by high-voltage optoelectronics, which isolates electromagnetic interference and ground loops from motors and frequency converters, prevents pulse counting errors, and is suitable for strong interference in metallurgy, papermaking, and wind power fields.
Real time fault self inspection and status feedback
Each channel has independent LED indicator lights that display real-time pulse input, disconnection, short circuit, and over range faults; Synchronize the reporting of fault codes in the system backend, quickly troubleshoot encoder circuit issues, and reduce production line downtime.
Seamless integration system bus
Plug in AC500 CPU backplane, can also be paired with Profibus DP remote I/O substation; The collected pulse and speed data are uploaded in real-time to the controller for closed-loop speed/position adjustment and production statistics.
