1. Convert local backplane bus to remote IO bus
CI610 can only cascade local S800 racks within a short distance from the control cabinet;
CI615 can convert the internal backplane bus of the controller into a long-distance independent I/O bus, and mount S600 distributed IO stations across cabinets and workshops, greatly increasing the extension distance.
2. Bus signal amplification and isolation
Built in signal shaping and isolation drive circuit, solves the problems of signal attenuation and electromagnetic interference in long-distance transmission, and is suitable for strong interference conditions of power plant frequency converters and high-power motors.
3. Large scale expansion of system IO
The native backplane slots of a single CPU are limited. Through CI615, a complete remote IO bus can be independently expanded, and multiple sets of S600 IO racks can be mounted, greatly increasing the total collection and control point capacity of the system.
4. Complete bus fault diagnosis
Panel LED real-time indication of bus operation, disconnection, short circuit, IO station offline; The controller can read fault codes and quickly locate remote IO link faults.
5. Multi module cascading expansion
Multiple CI615s can be used in series to build a multi-layered distributed IO network, which is suitable for large-scale point layout in combined cycle power plants and chemical complete sets of equipment.
