IC697CPX772 is a single slot 32-bit floating-point CPU, powered by Intel 80486DX4 processor, with a clock speed of 96 MHz and a Boolean instruction execution speed of 0.4 μ s per instruction. It has native hardware floating-point operations and firmware stored in onboard Flash. It supports online firmware upgrades without the need to replace EPROM chips.
