16 channel 24VDC switch signal acquisition
Collect passive/active switch signals such as valve limit, pump/fan operation feedback, emergency stop button, liquid level switch, relay contacts, etc., and convert the on-site on-off status into 0/1 logic signals recognized by the controller for equipment interlocking, status monitoring, and fault alarm.
Independent channel optoelectronic isolation anti-interference
Single channel and backplane bus with 500VAC optoelectronic isolation, eliminating ground loops and electromagnetic interference caused by frequency converters and motors, avoiding signal false triggering, suitable for strong interference workshops such as metallurgy and oil and gas; Comes with hardware filtering to filter out instantaneous pulse clutter.

Channel independent LED status diagnosis
Each channel is equipped with indicator lights to visually display channel on/off, disconnection, and short circuit faults; Synchronize the upload of fault codes in the system backend, quickly locate the fault location on site, and significantly shorten the downtime for maintenance.

Dual deployment installation mode
Local direct insertion: directly installed on the local backplane of the controller, with signal response in milliseconds;
Remote substation: Equipped with Profibus DP bus as remote I/O, it can remotely collect signals from dispersed equipment in the workshop, saving wiring costs.
