1. AF100 twisted pair bus master station
As a dedicated master station for AC800M controller to interface with twisted pair AF100 bus, mount the entire S800 I/O remote station downwards:
Cycle to collect on-site signals such as DI/DO/AI/AO, thermocouples, and thermal resistors, and issue control output commands
Support SOE event timing synchronization to meet the accuracy requirements of power plant fault tracing timing
Single bus can connect multiple sets of S800 IO racks in series, and remotely distribute on-site measurement points

2. Bus redundancy hot backup
The twisted pair channel supports media redundancy, with millisecond level undisturbed switching in case of cable breakage/short circuit on one line, without interrupting the unit control logic, and adapting to high safety working conditions for continuous production.

3. Compatibility transformation between old and new systems
Used for upgrading and renovating old Advant DCS (AC110/AC160): retaining the original S800 AF100 twisted pair IO, replacing the main control with AC800M, without the need to replace on-site cables and IO modules, significantly reducing renovation costs.

4. Full link fault diagnosis
Real time monitoring of bus disconnection, short circuit, missing terminal resistance, IO station offline, impedance mismatch; Upload the fault code to the controller, and use Control Builder M software to visually locate the line fault.

5. Online hot swappable maintenance
Support the plug-in and replacement of modules with the controller powered on, without the need for the entire machine to shut down and without affecting the operation of other control circuits.
