Function
1. On site analog signal acquisition+analog-to-digital conversion (core)
Collect standard analog signals from thermal resistors, thermocouples, and pressure/flow transmitters. The onboard AD chip converts the analog signals into digital signals and uploads them to the CPU/35AE92 motion controller through the backplane;
Combined with 3ASC25H203 (AO output card) to form a closed loop: AI collects measured values → PLC calculation → AO output pressure regulating valve, used for closed-loop control of temperature control, constant tension, and variable frequency speed regulation.

2. Encoder feedback collection (feature)
Can be connected to incremental encoder (≤ 1024PPR) pulse signals, and used in conjunction with 35AE92 servo motion card for speed and position closed-loop speed measurement, specifically designed for old paper making and machine tool spindle positioning.

3. Single channel isolation+fault self check
Channel 2kV electrical isolation, on-site short circuit, high-voltage interference, single circuit damage or incomplete card fault; Power on self-test shows disconnection, exceeding the range, and the fault code is uploaded to the system for alarm.

4. Backplane bus interconnection
Through data exchange between T300 rack backplane and CPU, 35AE92 sports card, and 37911 digital IO board, the entire production line is controlled in an integrated manner.
