1. Multi channel high-precision DA analog-to-digital conversion (core)
8-channel 4-20mA/0-10VDC analog output, 16 bit DA conversion, output accuracy ≤± 0.05%; PLC issues digital instructions → the board converts them into standard analog signals, and drives and controls the speed converter, proportional valve, servo 0-10V analog speed regulation, temperature control regulating valve, and 35AE92 servo shaft to achieve closed-loop speed and tension regulation.
Range: 0~22.7mA full range output, single channel independent isolation, resistant to on-site 220VAC interference.

2. Backplane bus interactive linkage
Data exchange between T300 rack backplane and CPU, 35AE92 motion control card, and 37911 digital IO board:
Receive commands for setting the speed of the motion card and output analog speed control signals;
Collect on-site instrument feedback analog signals and transmit them back to the main control for PID closed-loop calculation (winding tension, roller variable frequency speed regulation).

3. Full channel fault self diagnosis
Single channel disconnection, short circuit, over range, under range hardware self-test alarm, fault code uploaded to PLC; When communication is abnormal, output hold/safety preset values can be set to ensure safe shutdown in case of equipment failure and prevent loss of control.

4. PID local computation
The onboard system comes with simple PID calculation, which does not require CPU resources and can independently complete temperature control, constant pressure, and constant tension closed-loop control. It is commonly used in papermaking, rubber and plastic, and old CNC machine tool matching
