Grouping optoelectronic isolation anti-interference
Every 4 channels form an independent 1500VAC optoelectronic isolation group, which isolates the ground loop and electromagnetic interference caused by frequency converters and high-power motors; A single group short circuit only affects the channel of this group and will not cause the entire card to fail, ensuring the continuous operation of the production line.
Compatible with multiple types of signals
Support dry contacts, NAMUR explosion-proof sensors, 48VDC active input, suitable for chemical explosion-proof areas and strong electromagnetic workshop scenarios in power plants; The input voltage is compatible with a wide voltage range of 24~60VDC.
Full channel LED fault diagnosis
