16 high-power switch outputs
The maximum output of a single channel is 2A/24VDC, which is much higher than the 0.5A load capacity of DDO01; Receive DCP series main control logic instructions, directly drive high-power solenoid valves, large contactors, motor auxiliary coils, high-power alarm indicators, and electric actuators.
Channel independent full isolation protection
High voltage optoelectronic isolation is established between each output and the backplane bus, and channels are also isolated from each other, completely isolating the electromagnetic interference and ground loop caused by frequency converters and high-power motors, preventing command errors, and adapting to the long-term operation of metallurgical, thermal power, and oil and gas strong interference workshops.
Single channel independent short circuit/overload protection
Any short circuit or overload in a channel will only cut off that point, and will not affect the normal operation of the other 15 channels, maximizing the continuous operation of the process circuit and reducing the risk of shutdown.

Visual Fault Diagnosis System
The panel is equipped with a total operation fault light and 16 independent channel LED indicator lights, which intuitively display the output status, short circuit, overload, and external power supply loss; Synchronize the upload of fault codes to the central control HMI screen, quickly locate the fault location, and shorten the maintenance time.
Rack insertion hot plug operation and maintenance
Standard Freelance 2000 rack backplane installation, supports system non-stop module replacement without the need for the entire cabinet to be powered off; Suitable for 24/7 uninterrupted production of dense control cabinets.

Interacting with the main control high-speed bus
Through real-time communication between the rack backplane bus and DCP02/DCP10 CPU, precise execution of process interlocking, sequential control, PID adjustment matching switch output logic, and real-time feedback of equipment operation status to the monitoring screen.
