1. AF100 coaxial bus main station communication
As a dedicated interface for AC110/AC160 controllers to connect to coaxial media AF100 fieldbus, it enables real-time data exchange between the controller and on-site S800/S600 IO stations, third-party instruments, and remote sub stations.
Transmit real-time control instructions, analog/switch data acquisition, and event SOE timing messages
Single card can mount all AF100 field nodes on the bus, supporting tree/bus network topology
2. Coaxial signal modulation and anti-interference
Built in dedicated coaxial modulation and demodulation circuit, compared with twisted pair AF100 module, it has stronger anti-interference ability in high-power motors and frequency converters in power plants with strong electromagnetic interference environment, suitable for long-distance bus laying in factory areas.
3. Bus redundancy hot backup
Dual BNC coaxial channels can be used for media redundancy: when one coaxial channel is disconnected/short circuited, the module switches to the other channel without disturbance, without interrupting the unit control logic, meeting the high safety redundancy requirements of gas turbines and chemical plants.
4. Full link fault diagnosis
Real time monitoring of coaxial cable breakage, short circuit, impedance mismatch, and offline bus nodes; Upload the fault code to the controller, and the upper computer will pop up an alarm to quickly locate the fieldbus circuit problem.
5. System time synchronization
Can be configured as an AF100 bus time master, issuing a unified time scale to all downstream IO stations to ensure the accuracy of SOE event timing for the entire plant.
