1. Exclusive AccuRay 1190 system bridge
Specially designed for bidirectional data exchange between ABB Advant controller and AccuRay 1190 thickness measurement control system, it is the only communication interface between the two:
Bidirectional transmission of sheet thickness measurement data, thickness closed-loop control instructions, equipment fault alarms, and radiation source status signals;
Dual independent DB25 RS485 channels, supporting redundant transmission of master/slave dual links, single channel disconnection without disturbance switching, avoiding production line shutdown.
2. Dual channel multi protocol compatible communication
Dual isolation RS485 bus, native support for two types of protocols:
ABB specific AccuRay private protocol: docking with AccuRay 1190 thickness detection host;
Modbus RTU: can be extended to interface with on-site frequency converters, measuring instruments, and third-party SCADA monitoring systems;
Channel baud rate adjustable: 9600/19200/38400/115200bps, meeting high-precision real-time data acquisition requirements.
3. Industrial grade electrical isolation and anti-interference
Dual channel independent 1500VAC optoelectronic isolation, separating the weak current circuit of the controller backplane from the strong interference circuit of the on-site radiation equipment;
Built in surge suppression and EMC filtering circuit, compliant with IEC 61000 industrial electromagnetic compatibility standard, suitable for high-temperature and strong electromagnetic working conditions in offshore oil and gas, papermaking, and steel industries.
4. Online fault diagnosis and status indication
Panel RUN/AULT dual color LED indicator light:
RUN green light is always on: module communication is normal;
FAULT red light flashing: channel disconnection, lost contact from the slave station, hardware failure;
It can upload complete fault codes to the upper Advant system, quickly locate communication link issues, and shorten downtime for maintenance.
5. Hot swappable modular maintenance
Standard SC610 carrier slot installation, supports system non-stop hot swappable replacement without the need for whole cabinet power outage, suitable for emergency spare parts replacement scenarios in continuous production equipment.
