Function
IGBT driver pulse isolation and boost
Receive low-voltage control pulses from the main control ADB board, isolate and boost them through onboard pulse transformers, and output them to drive high-power IGBT power modules; Isolate the control circuit from the high-voltage power circuit and protect the main control card components.
4-channel IGBT drive output
A single APBU-44C corresponds to driving four IGBT power devices in one phase, suitable for high-power inverter units;
Fault feedback loop
Real time collection of IGBT short circuit, overcurrent, and undervoltage fault signals, and feedback to the main control board to quickly block pulses and avoid power module explosion;
Condition Monitoring
Onboard status indicator light, visually identifying pulse output, drive faults, and power supply abnormalities;
Supporting parallel expansion
Multiple APBU-44C modules are used in combination to achieve parallel expansion of multiple IGBTs in high-power inverter cabinets, commonly used in high-power transmission projects such as rolling mills, mines, and papermaking.
