Independent 4-axis servo synchronous control
Single card simultaneously drives 4 independent servo axes, capable of single axis point positioning, multi axis interpolation linkage, and electronic gear synchronization, suitable for multi axis linkage scenarios of robotic arms and CNC machine tools.
Pulse output: High speed pulse command drives servo driver, with a maximum pulse frequency of 500kHz
Encoder feedback acquisition: Receive servo incremental encoder position signal, closed-loop position correction, positioning accuracy of 0.1 μ m level
Three motion control modes can be freely switched
Position control: Point positioning, fixed length feed (machine boring and milling, automatic fixture positioning)
Speed control: uniform speed regulation, variable speed start stop (conveyor, roller drive)
Torque/tension control: Constant tension control for winding equipment
Onboard DSP hardware computation, sharing CPU load
Built in dedicated 32-bit DSP processor, local operation of motion algorithm, does not occupy T300 main control 35ZE94 resources, real-time response ≤ 1ms, high-speed motion without lag.

Backplane bus communication: Through T300 rack backplane and system CPU data exchange, it receives PLC motion program instructions and returns the actual position/fault code of the shaft.
External terminal interface: 4 sets of servo drive pulse output ports+encoder feedback input terminals, directly connected to servo drive and grating ruler.
Hardware fault self diagnosis: power on self-test, pulse short circuit, encoder disconnection, shaft overload error, fault code uploaded to the system upper computer.
