IS200WREAS1ADB Product Introduction
IS200WREAS1ADB (WREA board) is an AERO TRIP TB DBRD daughter sub-board for GE Speedtronic Mark VIeS turbine control system, specifically built for aeroderivative gas turbine safety trip circuits. It is mounted onto IS220PPRAS1A/B I/O module as dedicated terminal interface for emergency protection signals.
This sub-board integrates DB connectors, 6 solid-state relays and configurable jumper blocks. It collects hardware trip contact inputs and transmits safety shutdown commands. It accepts 24VDC contact trip signals and continuously monitors 24V–125V DC trip circuit voltage health. It handles hardwired emergency trip paths independent of main control logic, meeting high safety requirements for aeroderivative gas turbine units.
It supports TMR triple modular redundant safety architecture for critical power generation applications. The conformal coated PCB is designed to withstand vibration, humidity and electrical noise inside turbine control cabinets. Fault status is captured and sent back to the I/O pack for diagnostic logging. It is widely used in aeroderivative gas turbine protection retrofit, spare replacement and planned outage maintenance.
