1. Multi loop analog signal comprehensive operation and limiting (core)
Integrate multiple PT terminal voltage, CT rotor current, and reactive power sampling signal processing channels to perform secondary amplification, impedance matching, and linear correction on the raw signals collected by G3EA;
Built in independent hardware limiting circuit, capable of independently implementing V/Hz/V/Hz limiting, rotor overcurrent, under/over excitation, and stator overvoltage hardware locking, without relying on E3ES digital CPU to complete unit safety protection, preventing voltage regulation loss of control and unit oscillation.2. Simulation signal generation of PSS power system stabilizer
On board simulation PSS operation circuit generates damping adjustment signals based on active and reactive power fluctuations, which are superimposed on the AVR voltage regulation reference to suppress low-frequency oscillations in the power grid and ensure stable operation of grid connected generator units.

3. Automatic/manual excitation mode without disturbance switching buffer
Provide smooth transition signals for mode switching, combined with manual adjustment knobs on the G3EB front panel, to achieve undisturbed switching between automatic voltage regulation and local manual excitation current, without the need to shut down the unit for maintenance and start-up.

4. Full channel fault self check and hardware latch alarm
Real time monitoring of sampling circuit disconnection, short circuit, signal over range, and abnormal board power supply; The fault signal is divided into two outputs:
The backplane bus is uploaded to the E3ES digital master control, and the DCS upper level pop-up alarm is triggered;
Passive hard contact output to G3ESA relay board and EHDB130 I/O terminal board, driving on-site sound and light alarm and fault circuit breaker.
