High density transistor source type output single slot realizes 32 channels of 24VDC output, and PLC logic instructions are converted into on-site positive pole output; Load connection method: Module output point → load → 0V; only supports PNP source type, cannot directly drive NPN negative load.
4-channel independent isolation group (core advantage) 4 groups each have independent common power supply and are isolated between groups; It can connect multiple different 24V power supplies, and a short circuit fault in one group will not burn out the other channels. It has strong anti-interference and fault tolerance capabilities, suitable for mixed use scenarios of multiple different power supply circuits on site.
The high-speed switch outputs a 0.5ms high-speed response, suitable for loads that require high-frequency switching; Transistors have no mechanical contacts and have a much longer lifespan than relay output modules, making them suitable for frequent operating conditions.
The inductive load protection is equipped with an RC absorption circuit. Case 2: Packaging/Filling Automation Production Line
Control multi station solenoid valves, silo gates, conveyor start stop relays, and alarm buzzers; High frequency action, 0.5ms high-speed response adapted for fast workstation switching; Multiple groups are isolated, and the power solenoid valve and signal indicator light are powered separately to avoid electromagnetic valve interference with the signal circuit.
Case 3: Machine tools and assembly tooling equipment
Fixture solenoid valve, workstation actuator, indicator light output; There are multiple device locations, so use 753 to reduce the number of modules; Replacement of old imported equipment spare parts, and direct replacement of damaged DO cards for a large number of old 90-30 equipment repairs.
