1. Control power supply
Board logic power supply: 24VDC ± 15%, maximum input current 100mA
Drive output level: ON+15V DC, OFF -8V DC (standard drive voltage for power device gate)
Machine adaptation power unit voltage: 3kV/6kV medium voltage power stack

2. Signal and isolation
Command input: Fiber optic PWM signal (completely electrically isolated, resistant to high voltage interference)
Hardware protection: DESAT anti saturation short circuit detection, response speed<2 μ s; Integrated overcurrent, undervoltage UVLO, and open gate protection
Isolation and voltage resistance: Control side and high voltage power side ≥ 5kV AC insulation isolation
Feedback channel: Fiber optic fault/readiness status feedback, feedback to GCC960 series main control

3. Communication and Interface
No Ethernet/RS485, only fiber optic high-speed communication connection to the main control board
Onboard status indicator lights X/A/B/C/D/E/F, visually displaying various drive faults

Receive the fiber PWM pulse issued by the GCC960 controller, amplify and generate the driving voltage for IGCT/IGBT power devices;
Real time monitoring of the working status of the power transistor, hardware high-speed blocking of the driving pulse in case of short circuit or overcurrent, to protect the high-voltage power unit;
Application scenarios: power plant fans and pumps, mine main drives, metallurgical rolling mills, and large ship high-voltage variable frequency systems.
