1. Excitation system multi-channel passive relay contact output (core)
Onboard 6-channel independent sealed relay output channel, receiving G3EB and G3EFA analog fault/adjustment signals, converting them into passive dry contact hard signals:
Generator over excitation, under excitation V/Hz、 Rotor overcurrent fault alarm output
Automatic/manual excitation mode switching contacts, system operation readiness signal
Linkage EHDB130 terminal board drives on-site sound and light alarm, circuit breaker, and auxiliary machine start stop

2. Channel high voltage isolation anti-interference
Each relay coil is electrically isolated from external contacts at 1500VAC to isolate strong electromagnetic interference from power plants and harmonic interference from frequency converters; Single channel short circuit and overload only lock the corresponding circuit, without affecting the entire excitation regulation system.

3. Pure hardware without programs, redundant matching
No CPU, no firmware, purely analog hardware logic; Cooperate with G3EA/G3EB/G3EFA to form a complete analog signal link, supporting one main and one backup dual board redundancy, seamless fault switching, and no need to shut down the unit.

4. Cabinet standard hot swappable design
24VDC is uniformly powered by the E5EAA power module, with a standard UNITROL plug-in structure. The cabinet can be plugged and replaced with power, and maintenance does not require shutting down the excitation system.
