Implement PWM modulation, voltage/current closed-loop, reactive and active power control; It can directly perform algorithm calculations on IGBT and thyristor converters, with a control cycle of microseconds, and is the computing core of high-power converters.
Multi unit parallel collaborative control
By synchronously driving multiple sets of power units through the fiber optic PowerLink bus, high-power equipment can achieve current sharing and synchronous timing, suitable for multi module parallel systems. XUD194 is the model with the highest number of fiber optic links in AC800PEC.
High speed sampling and protection logic
Docking with high-speed I/O boards to collect grid voltage and current; Built in fast fault protection for overcurrent, overvoltage, DC bus, overheating, etc., with microsecond level fault response, achieving fast pulse blocking of the inverter.
Hybrid control architecture (high-speed+conventional logic)
High speed layer: variable current algorithm PWM、 Protection (Simulink modeling)
