Product Introduction
IS200VPROH2B and IS200VPROH1BEF are GE VPRO emergency turbine protection boards for Speedtronic Mark VI turbine control rack, paired with IS200VPWRH1AHD rack power supply board. The VPRO board delivers independent emergency overspeed protection, turbine trip logic and solenoid control separate from the main turbine control processor, forming the safety protection core of gas and steam turbine units.
IS200VPROH2B and IS200VPROH1BEF support TMR triple modular redundant architecture. They receive MPU speed pulse signals, exhaust temperature signals and breaker status inputs, execute overspeed, over-temperature and abnormal condition voting logic, and drive trip solenoids via TREG / TPRO terminal boards for fast turbine emergency shutdown. IS200VPROH1BEF is the revised variant of the VPRO series with upgraded circuit and diagnostic functions.
IS200VPWRH1AHD is the matched power conversion board for the VPRO protection module. It converts cabinet input power into stable regulated 5VDC and 28VDC for the VPRO protection board, relays and signal circuits. Built-in power monitoring, overvoltage, undervoltage and short-circuit protection ensure continuous reliable power for safety trip loops.
This full assembly is critical safety hardware used for power plant turbine protection retrofit, spare replacement and planned outage maintenance.
