Core Functionality
Provide controlled positive power output for the emergency trip solenoid valve of the unit, driving up to 3 trip solenoid valve coils; Receive the trip door control signal from the TREA board, cut off the power supply to the solenoid valve in the hardware circuit, and achieve a hard emergency shutdown of the unit.
On board complete circuit hardware diagnosis: open circuit, short circuit, and overcurrent detection of solenoid valve coils; Onboard status LED indicator light, fault information uploaded to ToolboxST software for reading.
PCB conformal coating with built-in MOV surge suppression and EMI filtering to resist strong electromagnetic interference, dust, and vibration environments in power plant cabinets.
Front end spring clamping high current terminal connected to on-site solenoid valve cable; Multiple sets of high-density IDC board connectors are connected to TREA trip relay boards.
Hot swapping is not supported, maintenance and replacement must be performed with power off; Static sensitive devices must be grounded to prevent static electricity during disassembly and assembly.
