Core Functionality
Implement the hardware interface for the controller protection logic output to the on-site trip actuator, driving safety critical equipment such as trip solenoid valves, main fuel cut-off circuits, emergency stop interlock circuits, etc.
8 independent Form-C (SPDT single pole double throw) relay output channels, each with relay action feedback feedback feedback. The controller detects relay adhesion, coil faults, and contact failures in real time. Channel faults can alarm and TMR vote to isolate the faulty channel, avoiding false tripping/refusal to trip.
The high-density IDC ribbon connector between boards is connected to the upper protection processor card, and the front-end high current spring crimping terminal block is connected to the on-site cable.
PCB with three anti coating, built-in surge suppression circuit, resistant to strong electromagnetic interference from power plant cabinets.
Hot swapping is not supported, and module replacement requires shutdown and power-off operation.
