Remote bus communication
A 1Mbps high-speed RIO bus connects the local main control rack with remote I/O substations, with a single link distance of up to 3000 meters (10000 feet), supporting three wiring methods: coaxial cable, dual axis cable, and fiber optic cable.
Master-slave data transfer
As a slave interface, it collects remote AI/DI signals and sends them back to the multifunctional processor MFP, issuing AO/DO control instructions to the on-site substation.
Redundant architecture support
Both modules and communication links can be dual redundant hot standby, with uninterrupted control for single link disconnections, suitable for critical circuits in power plants and chemical industries.
Complete onboard diagnosis
Panel LED indicator lights monitor power, bus faults, and link status; Built in hardware self-test, real-time reporting of disconnection, short circuit, and module failure alarms.
Address dialing configuration
On board DIP dialing sets the substation address and communication mode, and hardware networking can be completed without software configuration.
