Each channel is completely isolated to eliminate ground loop interference, and is dedicated to strong electromagnetic environments in power plants and chemical industries; Single channel can independently configure signal types without the need for separate card wiring.

Local signal preprocessing
The onboard MCU completes filtering, square root (differential pressure flow), linear correction, and engineering unit conversion, reducing the computational load of the IMMFP main controller
Complete circuit self diagnosis
Automatically identify wire breakage, short circuit, over range, and sensor faults, upload fault codes to the controller, and trigger pop-up alarms on the upper screen
Non disruptive hot swapping
Support online replacement of cards, without interrupting the collection of other channels, and without affecting the continuous operation of the unit
