Main functions
1. Collect 24VDC switch signals: NPN/PNP sensors, proximity switches, buttons, relay contacts.
2. Built in input filtering to suppress on-site interference pulses and reduce false tripping points.
3. Hot swappable: Continuous Genius bus, modules can be replaced online.
4. The backplane transmits signals to the BIU or local CPU, and sends them to the upper PLC (90-30/90-70/RX3i) through the Genius bus.
Typical application scenarios
1. Distributed remote I/O station in the factory, with ordinary 24V sensor signal acquisition.
2. Metallurgy, water treatment, power plant auxiliary control, with a large amount of switch feedback.
3. Paired with IC670GBI002 (24VDC power supply BIU), the entire station is equipped with a unified 24V DC system.
