Robot program/motion algorithm storage carrier
Onboard RAM memory+EPROM solidified chip, storing robot motion trajectory program, coordinate system parameters, servo motion control algorithm, and I/O logic.
Power outage data power outage protection
Equipped with a built-in backup lithium battery circuit, the control cabinet maintains the program and zero point parameters in RAM without losing them after power failure; Battery failure can result in program clearing and loss of origin.
Backplane bus data exchange
Real time exchange of motion commands, position feedback, and fault diagnosis data with the robot’s main control CPU through a dedicated European backplane bus for the control cabinet.
Hardware self diagnostic verification
Automatically verify the memory chip when powered on, and the panel fault indicator light will sound an alarm when the memory is damaged or the battery is low voltage.
