Distributed on-site digital signal acquisition and output
As a remote substation located in the valve area, pump room, and local cabinet of the unit, it centrally collects valve limit, equipment feedback, and switch alarm signals; Output solenoid valves, sound and light alarms, and motor interlock start stop commands, significantly reducing the wiring length of the main control cabinet and lowering cable costs.
MasterFieldbus redundant remote networking
Support A/B dual bus redundant links, automatic switching without disturbance when a single cable is disconnected; A single segment bus can connect multiple DSDX452 in series, achieving large-scale distributed point expansion in the factory area and real-time bidirectional data exchange with AC410/AC450 main control.
Optimize EMC anti-interference hardware circuit
Compared to the first generation DSDX404, upgrading multi-level hardware filtering provides stronger signal stability under strong electromagnetic conditions of frequency converters and high-voltage motors, eliminating DI false triggering and DO contact misoperation.
Full channel refined hardware self diagnosis
Each DI/DO is equipped with independent status LED indicator lights; Real time monitoring of circuit open circuits, short circuits, relay contact faults, and abnormal bus communication, uploading fault codes to the main control, and directly locating the on-site fault location in the control room.
Configurable signal processing logic
DI has built-in hardware anti shake filtering to filter out mechanical contact jitter; DO supports software switching between pulse instantaneous output and self-locking output modes, suitable for various interlocking control logics.
Scalable I/O expansion
Support external DSDX451/DSDI451 expansion subunits to further increase the on-site switch point capacity.
Full Advant system hardware interoperability and compatibility
The entire set is equipped with S100 rack backplane DSBB110A/DSBB175, bus card DSBC, communication card DSCA/DSCS, and local I/O card DSAO/DSDI/DSDP for unified configuration. The program can be mixed without modification.
