3-channel incremental encoder for high-speed pulse acquisition
Support ± 15mA differential encoder signal, maximum 2.5MHz high-frequency pulse; Real time conversion of displacement, speed, length, and angular velocity, used for closed-loop control of valve travel, rolling mill rollers, coal feeders, and assembly line positioning.
Integrated hybrid I/O, single card completes the entire positioning loop
2-channel 24VDC DI: collecting limit, emergency stop, and in place dry contact feedback
4-channel 24VDC DO: Output switch signal to control brake, solenoid valve, start stop interlock

Full channel independent 500VAC optoelectronic isolation
Pulse DI、DO、 Simulate output group isolation to eliminate ground loops, surges, and RF interference; A single channel short circuit will not damage the entire card and will not affect other positioning circuits.
Local independent hardware computation, zero CPU usage
The onboard dedicated counting processor is equipped with local hardware for pulse filtering, frequency doubling, position deviation, and overspeed detection. It only uploads the final calculation results to the AC410/AC450 controller without occupying the system scanning cycle.
Fine tuned full channel self diagnosis+LED status indication
Independent operation indicator light for each channel; Real time detection of encoder disconnection, Z-phase loss, pulse distortion, circuit short circuit, AO overload, uploading fault codes to the controller, and directly locating point faults in the control room.
MXB backplane high-speed bus interaction
Cooperate with DSBB110A/DSBB175 backboards to transmit position, speed, and interlocking signals bidirectionally to the main control through MXB bus, adapting to 24-hour continuous chemical and power plant operating conditions.
Hot swappable online maintenance
The replacement of the cabinet with live plugging and unplugging does not require shutdown, and the I/O and positioning control circuits of other racks are not interrupted.
