Driver control and multi bridge hub intermediate interface
As the SDCC/DSPC driver main control board ↔ The bridge of MBI multi bridge power hub coordinates the data exchange of multiple parallel power bridges, realizing the collaborative work of multiple SCR/IGBT power units.
Encoder speed/position signal conditioning
Built in 2-channel encoder follower circuit, collects 5V/15V differential incremental encoder and speed generator signals, converts them into counting pulses and zero position markers, and sends them to the main control to complete speed closed-loop speed regulation.
Analog signal scaling and filtering
Connect the 4-20mA process transmitter signal to the site and convert it to a standard control level of ± 5V/± 15V; 6 sets of adjustable potentiometers are used for gain and zero calibration, with built-in wire breakage diagnosis and low-pass filtering to suppress interference.
Fiber optic isolation synchronous communication (core)
Onboard 5-way ST fiber optic transceiver port, electrically completely isolated to avoid electromagnetic interference from high-voltage cabinets:
Paired optical fibers (gray TX/blue RX): synchronized trigger pulses between bridges to ensure synchronous conduction of multi power devices;
Independent fiber channel: high-speed communication between master and slave cabinet hosts across cabinets;
Configure fiber optic network topology with matching SW1-SW5 dialing and jumper configuration.
