IS210AEDBH4AGD (AEDB board) is the AE Energy Bridge Discrete bridge interface PCB assembly for GE Speedtronic Mark VI gas and steam turbine control system. It serves as a discrete signal bridge to transmit digital I/O, alarm and status data between the Mark VI controller and external operator HMI, CIMPLICITY SCADA platform and plant DCS.

This double-sided populated PCB is fitted with 4 Bicron pulse transformers, rated for 12–15KV BIL and 5KVAC hipot, supporting switching frequency 10kHz~500kHz. It hosts more than 175 integrated circuits including oscillators, ROM chips, metal film resistors, diodes and transistors. Multiple connectors are mounted: right-angle cable connector, nine vertical pin headers (6-pin to 10-pin) plus four 3-position plug terminals for signal interconnection.

The suffix H4AGD denotes H4 hardware revision and AGD factory firmware/configuration variant. It performs signal isolation, noise filtering and low-latency discrete event forwarding. It continuously runs board self-diagnostics, detecting link faults and hardware failures and reporting alarms back to the main turbine controller. The conformal coated PCB withstands vibration, humidity and heavy EMI noise inside turbine control cabinets. It supports both Simplex and TMR triple modular redundant Mark VI rack configurations.
